Finally Free – Creating Hope Inspired by Rachel Goldberg
Finally Free – Creating Hope Inspired by Rachel Goldberg
An exciting, handmade, circular ceramic creation, inspired by the figure of Rachel Goldberg – the mother of the kidnapped Hersh Goldberg-Polin, and a symbol of pain, hope, and the human struggle for liberation.
At the center of the work – a bird bursting out of its own outlines, on its way to freedom. The repeated words "FINALLY" reflect the longing for the moment of redemption, while the word "FREE" is anchored at the heart of the work, as a cry and a prayer.
